Who is Freyr Ideas? Motivation and Technology (English Version)

 Thought 1

Sorting out ideas

Sometimes you've been on the verge of starting a business, an entrepreneurial endeavor, and you start thinking about seeking financial freedom. Well, I realized that this is what social media has the most of these days. They offer you deals, buy this package, click on this link, help me help someone. The reality is that gradually, one becomes more skilled in what they're looking for and what they need. It's not to be taken negatively; all these people at some point had an encounter with themselves and said, "I have to do more than what I'm currently doing." Whether it's because the rent isn't sufficient or because one's personal expenses aren't enough. I have nothing against these people. What is not ethical is them trying to portray themselves as gurus when the reality isn't like that. That's why I write this blog; I'm interested in knowing many things, and at the same time, I help you with information, and you help me by reading my content, which motivates me to keep writing and sharing important content.

Who is Freyr Ideas?

Freyr emerged from an internal conversation (thinking and talking to myself) during a bath I was giving to my two-year-old son. I have a son and a beautiful family of four. As I was turning this over in my mind, I decided to ask myself, "What can I use that is not too long, unique, and fits with all the things in my fast-paced mind?" I'm a fan of technology and video games, but my time is limited now. So, I learned to have fun by reading information and news about the latest technological developments.

Going back to Freyr, in Norse mythology, he represents fertility and prosperity. He is a very intelligent god, the brother of Freya, the Goddess of War and the wife of Odin. I first encountered him in my favorite game franchise, God of War. That game is great because it teaches you in an entertaining and twisted way who the gods are and what their roles are. The first part of those games was set in Greece and Athens with the Greek gods. This game and the Assassin's Creed franchise are very important to me because they provide cultural insights and you learn a lot of information that might otherwise be overlooked in a museum due to boredom or entertainment. That's why I chose Freyr because he represents prosperity and fertility in this new career of managing social media and writing online articles.

Thought 3

I'm not a motivator, but I do like to see people well.

I have an internal duty to share my knowledge. It may not be extensive, but it's enough to help you become a better person. I'm interested in motivation because I've seen how my peers have succeeded in their personal lives, not just financially. The world is full of people with mental illnesses, which create a weakness in life. That's why I believe in motivation, as simple as a "post-story" saying, "Today didn't go well, but tomorrow is another day." Sometimes, friends don't know how to advise you, and you come across a post that relates to what you're going through every day. It brightens your day, and that's why I do it, for the satisfaction of changing a bad mood into a good one. The suicide rates in the United States have risen by 35.9%, and this is leading more people to join these types of networks. It's quite alarming, and I feel like I'm doing my part to prevent this rate from rising so dramatically.

Thought 4

The dark era

Throughout my life, I've met many people who don't know how to handle their thoughts, priorities, and situations. One thing leads to another; depression leads to alcohol, which is unfortunately legal. Although sometimes, it's not enough, so we add another ingredient to the mix, like marijuana (which is legal for controlling glaucoma, anxiety, and other illnesses) or another addictive substance to escape from reality for a moment. The reality is that all these products are controlled by something. Excess is what leads to addiction. The abuse of these substances is the final stage of depression, and I dare to bet that most people, if asked, have considered suicide at some point.

Thought 5

Other reasons to expand the path of motivation.

I have many relatives, and even I consider myself someone who is difficult to advise, especially if it's coming from someone close. The person closest to me is suffering from severe depression and doesn't want to accept help. Everything has to be on his terms, when he wants, and when he can. What he doesn't understand is that mental illnesses don't give warnings. When you have a mental block, it's very hard to get out of it, and I know that he needs people to guide and help him, not people who drag him down because they're on the same page. Personally, I suffered from anxiety attacks and bouts of anger and received medical attention for a while. It helped me a lot, and over time, I understood that everything has its time, and you always learn something from all the processes you go through. At some point, I also thought about ending my life during that situation, but many years have passed since those dark moments in my life. Because I went through that, I saw the faces of people distracted with countless problems and not knowing how to solve them. Sometimes, dealing with a mental illness feels like drowning in a glass of water, and no one can help you until you make the effort and say, "Enough! This can't continue!" You have to seek help. Self-help books even come in audio form. I've had close family members who have died due to depression and its consequences. I know that some of my relatives hide their depression; you can see it in their eyes and attitudes. This isn't to judge, but it's evident when you look closely.

Thought 6

Motivation and its remedies.

In the past, you had to go to a motivator, schedule an appointment, and wait for the day to talk to that person to lift your spirits when you were feeling down. With social media, it's become easier for content to reach people more quickly and connect with everyone who has access to it. Simple statements like, "Today is a great day because you're alive and can enjoy life," can brighten anyone's day. People who start new businesses or entrepreneurial ventures need daily motivation to deal with their day. I'm specifically addressing you, the one who has had a bad day, month, week, or year; this is temporary and it will pass. You will realize that this is temporary and that you will overcome what you're going through. Of course, it all starts with your willingness to change. For the peace it brings me as a person, every time a bit of well-being reaches you. Writing about motivation and having it reach you every day gives me personal satisfaction. Remember, you're not alone. If you need help, call these numbers.

Today, "988" is the three-digit telephone number that connects directly to the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. When you call or text 988, you will connect with mental health specialists from the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, formerly known as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

To my close one, I dedicate this writing to you. I'll be here with open arms when you decide to change your lifestyle and your perspective on things. You are the inspiration for this motivation account.
